Awareness of Ht,Wt and Haemoglobin study done at Sion Hospital recently in 1952 patients in the ANC OPD cattering to the patients living in the vicinity of DHARAVI (largest Slums IN Asia)showed that 86% were not aware of their Ht and Wt.While 84% werent aware of their Haemoglobin, goes to show the lack of awareness in the patients.
Its a long way to achieve safemotherhood in Mumbai itself
